Universal has purchased the true-story pitch, THE ERNIE DAVIS
STORY, by Scott Williams (SINS OF THE FATHER, 2001). John
Davis is on board to produce.
STORYLINE: Based on the life story of Heisman Trophy
winner, Ernie Davis, who never got to play in the NFL due to
his early death from leukemia.
