I began writing in 2006. What started out as poetry  lyrical ballads for small-time bands.  Soon my true raconteur spirit began to boil.
In 2007 I started my journey into short stories and tales of adventure aimed at making a vast video game to mark a new genre. This was a task ill-suited for just one person, but it opened my eyes to the path I was searching for--but could not find; Spec Script Writing.
In 2008 I had found my goal, to write screenplays for film. I had no experience and a full-time job that took of much of my time, which had me sitting on my hands mostly. Any chance I could get I would take the Blue Bus from out front of the Alamo and hop on over to the 6 story public Library. I knew that I couldn't write crap and try to sell it. So I had to study hard.
230....Over 230 books on screen-writing lay still in that library. Most of which were gathering dust until I came along. In a matter of two years I had thoroughly gathered as much information on the industry and writing styles as I could. Now it was time to put my knowledge into effect.
In 2010 I began my first script. It was a feature-length screenplay called THE MARSHLAND MANOR. It was my first jump into a new life style. I had to choose a Supernatural story line! Though it was difficult. Writer/Director Heather Halstead grounded my writing ego and helped me construct a strong script, and the strong writer in me. 2010 was a crucial year in my development.
In 2011 my writing slowed down because...well writing is for life, but isn't what keeps you fed when first starting out. I hashed out one short film script called MS. UNDERSTOOD, which would later be optioned to a Texas production company in late 2012.
In 2012 I got back in action. I wrote four short film scripts and one feature-length film script, that being called THE PAVED ROAD.
The shorts were called...
SWINGING ON A STAR
THE CURSE OF THE MERMAN
JASPER'S MISTAKE
and THE WAKING OF WICKED JAY
2013 came around the corner and I finished two more feature-lengths, and 3 more shorts.

2014 I joined Screenwriter's Utopia.
