Script Report: HUNTER: THE RECKONING

HUNTER: THE RECKONING, a series of video games published by Vivendi Universal which are themselves based on the role-playing game published by White Wolf, are up for big screen consideration when it was announced that screenwriters David Schneider and Drew Daywalt have been hired to write a screenplay based on the game.
The HUNTER games postulate that our normal world is populated with monsters and evil entities...ugh, who cares.
The HUNTER movie will be directed by Uwe Boll, the German-born director of HOUSE OF THE DEAD, ALONE IN THE DARK and BLOODRAYNE and Canadian producer Shawn Williamson. This will be the fourth video game movie adaptation that Boll and Williamson have collaborated on. Filming is slated to commence in Canada next February.
