Script Report: MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE 3

It looks like "Alias" writers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci are reteaming with director J.J. Abrams on MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE 3. According to reports they are coming on board to work on the script of the third film in the franchise.

Abrams is the creator of "Alias" and "Felicity" as well as a writer on the new television series Lost. Having directed all three of those series, Abrams makes his major motion picture directorial debut with "M:I-3".

The movie is set to begin shooting in the summer of 2005. Several writers have been involved with the project, including Dean Georgaris, Dan Gilroy, Robert Towne and Frank Darabont.
