Script Report: BALLS OF FURY

According to The Hollywood Reporter, New Line Cinema has picked up BALLS OF FURRY, about a washed-up ping-pong champion who must reclaim his skills when he goes undercover to bust a crime lord who hosts an annual tournament in which all the losers are executed.
Tom Lennon and Robert Ben Garant wrote the screenplay, and Garant will direct. Lennon will take a role in the film.
They also wrote the upcoming TAXI, starring Queen Latifah and Jimmy Fallon. They also co-created and starred in the Comedy Central series "Reno 911."
