DreamWorks Taps BATMAN Scribe for Untitled Pic

DreamWorks has tapped BATMAN scribe Sam Hamm and Emmy winner Darin Morgan to work on an untitled project picked up by DreamWorks, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The story deals with a marriage counselor, whose daughter is about to get married, who discovers that his future son-in-law is suffering from the delusion that he's a superhero.
Hamm's credits include 1989's BATMAN and 1992's BATMAN RETURNS. His most recent screenplay is based on the Hong Kong film COP ON A MISSION. Morgan won an Emmy for his teleplay "Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose" on "The X Files."
