GARDEN STATE Scribe Rewriting 8 TRACK

TV actor and "Scrubs" co-star Zach Braff, who recently made his writing/directing debut recently with the acclaimed film GARDEN STATE (which he was also the movie's star) will rewrite 8 TRACK, described as a gritty coming-of-age story set in the surfing world. The Hollywood Reporter reported that Shawn Corridan wrote the first draft of the script, which Fox 2000 optioned last year, with Brendan and Emmett Malloy (OUT COLD) attached to direct.
