Disney FAITHFUL to Pitch
Disney has purchased the mystery pitch THE FAITHFUL by Alex and Andrew
Smith (THE SLAUGHTER RULE, 2001). No producer or director yet attached.
STORYLINE: During the Civil War, a sharecropper agrees to go to war
in place of his plantation owner boss in exchange for his own plot of
land when he returns. But when he does strange things begin to happen to
him and his family.
WRITERS: Alex and Andrew Slaughter
DEAL: Low against mid-six figures
