Warner Brothers, in a pre-emptive bid, has purchased the comedy spec LOVE
THY NEIGHBOR by Matt Healy (CLAY PIGEONS, 1998). No one else attached at

STORYLINE: A man, in a desperate bid to finally sell his house,
hires a criminal to get rid of the reason he hasn't yet been able to sell:
his white trash neighbor.
