Walt Disney Feature Animation has purchased the pitch NEIGHBORHOOD KIDS
by Matt Cunningham (DECAMPITATED, 1998) and Erik Gardner. No one else

STORYLINE: Kids with special powers fight an evil scientist in
a bid to save their parents' lives.
