purchased the psychological thriller, THE CONTENDER, by Ryne
Pearson who wrote the novel that MERCURY RISING (1998) was
based on. Rod Lurie (CLINK INC. , 2001) is attached to direct.
STORYLINE: A time capsule is unearthed that contains
terrifying predictions from a child psychic.
