REM frontman Michael Stipe's production company, Single Cell
Pictures, has secured the rights to the dramatic novel THE
MIRACLE LIFE OF EDGAR MINT by Brady Udall. Stipe and Sandy
Stern will produce. No writer is yet attached to adapt.
STORYLINE: After a half-Apache boy is run over by a mail
truck he goes to live with a Mormon foster family.
