THE BEACH Novelist Sells Script To Fox
Alex Garland, author of the novel that THE BEACH (2000) was
based on, has sold his sci-fi script 28 DAYS LATER to Fox
Searchlight. Director Danny Boyle, who also helmed THE BEACH,
is on board to direct.
STORYLINE: Concerns a deadly virus that sweeps the planet.
