by Jason Taragon. Pic is based on an idea by director Steve
Carr (DR. DOLITTLE 2, 2001) who will prodcue and possibly
direct.
STORYLINE: A one-hit-wonder rap group finds new found
celebrity in a rap-obsessed Japan.
