Scribe Lands Two Script Deal With Miramax
Scribe David Lindsay-Abaire has landed a two script deal with
Miramax. The first script is BERNARD AND THE GENIE and the
second is an undetermined project. BERNARD AND THE GENIE
will be based on a BBC mini-series written by Richard Curtis (BRIDGET
JONES DIARY, 2001).
BERNARD AND THE GENIE
STORYLINE: A man who has lost his job and his girlfriend
gets help from a 200 year-old genie.
