Warner Bros. Reels In A FISHIN' MAGICIAN
Warner Bros. in association with Jerry Weintraub Prods. has
acquired a pitch by Danny Jacobson ("Roseanne", 1988, TV) and
George B. White III called FISHIN' MAGICIAN. Jacobson will
also executive produce.
STORYLINE: An ex-mobster successfully hides out from
the mob and the FBI in the deep south until he catches the
world's largest bass in a nationally televised fishing
tournament.
WRITERS: Danny Jacobson and George B. White III
DEAL: $200,000 against $500,000
