Writer Becomes A ROOK For Prodco
Alcon Entertainment has purchased the thriller spec THE ROOK
by Ted Humphrey. George Street Pictures is attached to produce.
STORYLINE: A doctor lets his ex-con buddy talk him into
acting as a rook (a distraction) for a bank heist. When the
feds discover the doctor's involvement he is forced to go
undercover to help catch the theives.
