with its acquisition to the film rights of THE BUGALOOS --
the 1970s television show created by Sid and Marty Krofft.
STORY LINE: An early 1970s show, which featured a live-
action puppet production that followed the antics of a group of teenage insects who formed a rock group called the Bugaloos.
