Warner Bros. To Go To CHECHNYA
Warner Bros. has purchased the thriller pitch, CHECHNYA, by
Chris Brancato. It is based on a series of articles that
appeared in the LA Times. Ron Howard is attached as director.
STORYLINE: A Russian-American returns to Chechnya when
his brother is kidnapped by rebels. He forms a rescue team and
goes after him.
