Script Report: WANTED

The screenwriters of 2 FAST 2 FURIOUS, Derek Haas and Michael Brandt, are in negotiations to turn Mark Millar's WANTED comic book into a feature-length screenplay for Universal. The duo have worked closely with Universal for the FURIOUS sequel as well as on SPY HUNTER, the studio's summer 2005 tentpole release.
The storyline centers on the journey of the son of the world's greatest supervillain as he discovers who he is, what his powers are, and fulfills his station as his father's successor. The comic has proven to be a bestseller.
