Script Report: Scarecrow

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Revolution Studios-based Blue Star Pictures hired screenwriter Todd Farmer to script the horror project SCARECROW. Its described as a psychological horror project centering on a small-town farmer and his family who come upon a scarecrow that ends up scaring more than just crows. Blue Star Pictures heads William Sherak and Jason Shuman and Revolution genre executive John Hegeman came up with the idea and took it to Farmer who is repped by ICM, scripted JASON X for New Line Cinema.
