WebWombat interviewed scribe James Gunn about a possible SCOOBY sequel: "I knew I'd probably take on the sequel but I didn't know I'd have as much enthusiasm for it as what I have. I'm extremely excited about it. We get a chance to correct all my mistakes we made on the first one...and I can put my sea monsters back in - they got cut from the first one due to the budget".
