TV casting news

A few shows have gotten their leading men --

Colm Meaney is in for Paul Attanasios cop drama R.U.S./H. (That backslash isnt a typo, by the way, which I thought it was at first.)

The fine actor David Morse (who you know from PROOF OF LIFE, THE CROSSING GUARD, THE GREEN MILE and many other movies) has been cast in David Koepps TV creation called HACK. (He plays a cop-turned-cabdriver, which should prove to be...fun. Morses cop gets fired for taking bribes and -- A-team-style -- helps people solve crimes.)

And Oliver Platt, who fell on his face in the chaotic Dick Wolf series DEADLINE, joined the show QUEENS SUPREME.
