Sarah Thorp sells BLACKOUT
February 8th, 2002
Sarah Thorp has sold her spec script BLACKOUT to Paramount Pictures and producers Arnold and Anne Kopelson for one million dollars.
The script is only described as a gritty, female-driven thriller, but from the Kopelsons comments, it sounds like it set them on fire. Arnold Kopelson told The Hollywood Reporter the script was extraordinarily commercial and one of the finest first drafts that I have ever been presented with." He hopes to start production in six months, which is the guarantee that hes in love.
Congrats to Sarah Thorp.
