Script Report: UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN

Miramax Films has signed Audrey Wells to adapt and direct UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN, to be based on the bestselling novel by Frances Mayes. Wells has penned studio pictures including THE KID, GEORGE OF THE JUNGLE, and THE TRUTH ABOUT CATS AND DOGS.
The romantic comedy centers on a single American lawyer in her 30s who gives up everything she's worked for and moves to Italy in search of a more romantic and satisfying life.
