Producer John Wells (ER) has made a preemptive deal with Oscar-nominated BILLY ELLIOT scribe Lee Hall for his next project.
Based on a pitch, Wells has bought BURYING BEN, which Hall will begin writing immediately. Kristin Harms will produce with Wells.
The plot centers around a self-made millionaire who, following his son's suicide, winds up having an affair with the son's girlfriend.
