Script Report: FIGHT SONG

Oscar-winning director of LA CONFIDENTIAL, Curtis Hanson, has signed on to direct and produce rapper Eminem in his feature acting debut, FIGHT SONG, which will be produced by Brian Grazer, Universal Pictures and Imagine Entertainment. The project is slated to go into production later this summer or early fall. The script is penned by Scott Silver (THE MOD SQUAD).
The story focuses on a white rapper growing up outside of Detroit who uses his music to find a way out of his seemingly miserable existence.
