Script Report: TRUE BELIEVERS

MGM Pictures has tapped DIE HARD 2 scribe Doug Richardson to adapt his own novel, "True Believers." Bruce Willis and Arnold Rifkin's Cheyenne Enterprises will produce the picture.
TRUE BELIEVERS is a thriller about a prisoner on death row who wants to be the messiah. This psychotic has a league of "True believers" who do his bidding. He tells them to kidnap and artificially inseminate the a senator's wife, so that a messiah can live on after his death.
Richardson also penned the screenplays BAD BOYS and MONEY TRAIN and another novel, "Dark Horse."
