Script Update: THE HULK

CROUCHING TIGER, HIDDEN DRAGON director Ang Lee is in talks to helm THE HULK. The Taiwanese-born director's acclaimed martial arts romance has grossed about $18 million after one month of limited release.
"Ang will bring the characters and the drama to the foreground, and in addition to his visual storytelling ability," producer Gale Anne Hurd told Variety. "I can't think of anyone today who is operating at a higher level across the board."
David Hayter (X-MEN) had the latest stab at the script. Before him were drafts by Michael Tolkin (THE PLAYER) and Mike France(CLIFFHANGER).
