I've said it a million times, screenwriter Joe Eszterhas' script BASIC INSTINCT is on of the best of all time. It's been a landslide fall from there though. Movies like SLIVER and SHOWGIRLS had destroyed the once King of Spec. He is also a published author, his book "American Rhapsody" just came out.
