Well, kinda old news meets new news. We already knew Joe Eszterhas was not writing the sequel, and that Michael Douglas is not interested either. Until now perhaps as Variety is reporting that Sharon Stone has recently signed on to reprise her role of Catherine Tramell. It will be interesting to see what happens over the next few months, we hear she is fond of Russell Crowe. Stone will be paid $15 million for the gig, not bad. There is still no director attached to the project.
The script has seen several drafts by scribes Leora Barish and
