A second trailer is out for The Wachowskis' JUPITER ASCENDING. The science fiction film was of course written, produced and directed by Lana and Andy Wachowskis of the MATRIX trilogy; formerly known as The Wachowskis Bros. The story is set in the future where gods rule over humans and centers on Jupiter (Mila Kunis), a lowly janitor who learns that she has a rare genetic destiny. Jupiter  is a down on her luck immigrant when Caine (Channing Tatum), a genetically engineered ex-military hunter, finds her. Caine tells Jupiter  that she possesses the same perfect genetic makeup as the Queen of the Universe and is therefore a threat to her otherwise immortal rule, and that her DNA could mark her as the universe's next leader.
